Hotel Information

This 81-room establishment was originally built in 1875 and has been beautifully and imaginatively transformed into a superb hotel set in its own grounds with views of the Pennine Hills. August 2005 saw the completion of its £6 million extension and refurbishment of the existing building. Along with an additional 30 bedrooms, they also opened a Spa Natural Health, Fitness and Beauty Club. The hotel is open 24 hours a day (between 11 pm and 7 am this is via the night porter).
