This hotel is one of the examples of Art Nouveau architecture that can be found in the centre of Barcelona, the building was designed by one of the most famous modernist architectures. The old hotel was acquired by HCC Hotels in 1997 and after several improvements (the last one in 2007) it has become a small but comfortable hotel with an excellent location in the main tourist, business and historical area of the city. The hotel is located approximately 10m away from Rambla Catalunya in the main tourist, business and historic area, close to Pg. de Gracia and just a few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya, the emblematic Gothic Quarter and Les Rambles. Numerous attractions are set within walking distance from the hotel, such as La Casa Batllo, La Pedrera or La Casa Ametller, and thanks to an efficient transport network, those that are a little further can easily be reached. The cosy HCC Taber offers an excellent combination of good services and a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, and features a lounge bar where guests can relax with a drink in hand, a business centre, Wi-Fi access in the public areas, as well as laundry service and luggage storage.
