The aparthotel's 11 apartments are located in various locations in the Old Town and city centre, within 20 minutes' walking distance of Princes Street. All check-ins take place at the 24-hour reception in 2 York Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EP, where guests receive the keys and detailed directions to their apartment. Further facilities available to guests include a restaurant and laundry service. The reception office is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am until 6 pm. Check-in after 6 pm or during the weekend must be arranged in advance. On-street parking is subject to availability. Guests may be asked for a security deposit.
